    Tuesday meeting in Asharqia chamber of commerce reviews the saudization impact on the national economy
     
     
    Tuesday meeting which was held in Asharqia chamber on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 consisted open discussion about the current economic international events, as well as the most significant accomplishments locally. During the meeting that was held in Sheikh Hamad al- Gosaibi, in the chamber’s headquarter in Dammam, businessmen discussed the kingdom’s efforts to spread saudization, as well as the measures to implement the strategic plans to saudize jobs, what has been achieved so far in Saudi generally and in the eastern region in specific.
     
    The attending businessmen from the region has reviewed those strategies that assures transferring technical knowledge, which includes technical skills, knowledge, and management skill. As for internalizing technology and making it flexible, it is a process of developing personal skills to deal with those new technology and machinery, and adjusting it to fit the local environment, which comes from the Public responsibility, which denounces dominating equipment and machines.
     
    The continuous efforts that Saudi is putting to utilize technology through developing the work mechanisms in the educational institutes, and technical and vocational training institutes, which in turn will produce human resources of specialists and techs that are capable of using these new technologies.  Moreover, developing the productive establishments that can utilize technology, and establishing more research and development centers in both of the public and private sectors. The kingdom is aiming towards cultivating the electronic industry to support the national economy, minimize the dependency on foreign resources, recycling funds within the economy, and to minimize spending resources on exporting technologies and high-end electronics, as well as to reserve the operating and maintenance cost.  
     
    In the Tuesday meeting for businesswomen, which was held in the same day at AlJazeera hall, the meeting guest was the director of the control committee for females in the eastern region Amanna. They discussed the municipal elections, how essential is women rule in making a decision, as well as all the current events that revolve around the elections.
